CINCINNATI — Alfredo Simon pitched seven innings to earn his first win in eight starts since the All-Star break and Todd Frazier homered for the Reds, who split the four-game series after losing the first two. Cincinnati has won back-to-back games for the first time since winning three against the Indians on Aug. 5-7.
