DENVER — Dexter Fowler hit a two-run homer in the first inning and Jhoulys Chacin pitched effectively into the seventh, helping the Rockies to their first sweep of the Padres at Coors Field in 10 years. Wilin Rosario broke it open with a three-run homer in the seventh as Colorado improved to 5-1, its best start since 7-1 in 1995.
