Class 5A, Region 3 girls soccer championship

Seminole (15-2-1) at Palm Harbor University (19-2), 7 tonight

On the line: A trip to the University of Tampa's Pepin Stadium, site of the state semifinals and finals.

Fast facts: Seminole is 2-0 against PHU and handed the Hurricanes their only losses of the season. The Warhawks defeated the Hurricanes 2-1 in a regular-season battle of unbeatens and won 4-3 on penalty kicks after 80 scoreless minutes in the PCAC championship. Seminole is making its second straight trip to the region final. Last season, the Warhawks lost 3-0 to East Lake. If the Hurricanes win, it'll mark the eighth time they've advanced to the state semifinals. They last did it two seasons ago. Seminole is searching for its fifth final four appearance. Its last trip came in 1991.
