What happened: Very confusing police report but it appears there was an earlier street fight between Zavrina Jones, Michael Jolly and others that broke up when police arrived. According to her attorney, Jolly then threatened Jones and fired at her after the police left. Jolly said she fired in self-defense during what appears to have been a wild shootout. Zavrina Jones and a co-defendant, Zandra Jones.
The outcome: Judge granted Zavrina Jones immunity from prosecution.
