I want to buy a copy of a photograph or illustration that appeared in the newspaper. What information do I need to place an order?

You will need to provide us with a description of the photograph or illustration, the date it was published, the page number, and the name of the photographer or artist. In some cases, we will be able to identify a photograph without all of this information but your order will be processed more quickly if you give us those details.

For web site photographs, you will need the URL (Internet address/location that is displayed in your toolbar at the top of the page), a description of the photograph and the photographer's name.
