Just about everyone knows someone who has been bullied, in ways big and small. Understandably, though, many victims are reluctant to speak about their experiences. We found some who aren't.

Slow down! The month of December is a busy time of year for everyone, and it’s almost half over, but there is still time to log in some memories. Use this holiday bucket list to count down the last 12 days before Dec. 25, doing one thing each day. Take pictures of yourself and your friends accomplishing each item on the list to put in a scrapbook. Make time! You’re worth it.
DAY ONE
Write your own Christmas carol or Hanukkah song, and sing it into your phone to send to friends. Who knows? Maybe one day it will become famous.
DAY TWO
Make your favorite Pinterest holiday craft and give it to someone you love.
DAY THREE
Watch an ABC Family or Hallmark Channel holiday movie.
DAY FOUR
Take a photo of your favorite ornament and put it on Instagram, tagged #tb2andyou.
DAY FIVE
Go to the mall and take pictures with Santa.
DAY SIX
Wear a tacky Christmas sweater to school with pride!
DAY SEVEN
Volunteer to serve food to the homeless at a shelter. Pictured at bottom middle, Rays manager Joe Maddon at the annual Thanksmas.
DAY EIGHT
Have a snowball fight. (Yes, in Florida.) Use cotton balls, or artificial snow from a craft store, and VOILA!
DAY NINE
Organize a Christmas light viewing party.
DAY TEN
Go ice skating with friends
DAY ELEVEN
Make reindeer food to sprinkle over your lawn on Christmas Eve, causing kindergarten flashbacks! Read Clement Moore’s classic The Night Before Christmas
DAY TWELVE
Go to random places dressed up as Santa! At the grocery store, purchase only milk, cookies and carrots for the reindeer.
