Here’s one easy answer to that nagging “what are we going to do this weekend” question. Winter Jam 2013 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum on Saturday brings 10 popular Christian music artists at a price that will make your wallet smile, too: Tickets are $10 at the door. •  Doors open at 5 p.m. for the concert, which starts at 6, but with lines expected to stretch down the street, arriving a couple of hours early will help assure you get prime seats to hear the music of artists featured on local stations such as Spirit FM 90.5 and the Joy FM 91.5. Evangelical speaker Nick Hall will also present at this annual event. Here’s a preview of this year’s lineup.

Toby Mac: This popular pop-contemporary singer recently received his eighth Grammy nomination. Two of his current top songs are Me Without You and City on Our Knees.

Red: With two Top 10 Active Rock singles, three Top 10 Mainstream Rock singles and 10 No. 1 hits on Christian radio, Red, which has a Christian rock-alternative sound, has performed among some of the top rock artists.

Matthew West: His newest album Into the Light  tells the stories of people from all over the country.

Jamie Grace: Signed by Toby Mac, she writes her own music and plays six instruments. Her most recent album One Song at a Time contains the popular songs You Lead and God Girl.

Newsong: This Christian band has had 20 No. 1 Christian radio singles. Two of their most popular songs are The Way You Smile featuring Francesca Battistelli and Strong City.

Sidewalk Prophets: Radio hits include The Words I Would Say and You Love Me Anyway, and the especially popular Christmas song Hope Was Born This Night. They have toured with Jeremy Camp, Audio Adrenaline, MercyMe and Francesca Battistelli.

Royal Tailor: This Christian band is known for a mix of pop, R&B, hip-hop and rock. Their No. 1 radio single is Make a Move, and they have toured with Casting Crowns, Chris August, Britt Nicole and Group 1 Crew, featured at last year’s Winter Jam.

Jason Castro: Castro is popular all over the world and his latest album was ranked No. 18 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart.

OBB: This band of siblings is known as the Oswald Brothers, growing in popularity and expected to inspire new fans at this year’s Winter Jam.

Capital Kings: This Christian twosome has an electronic-pop vibe and a fan base high on their remixes of songs by Toby Mac, Britt Nicole and Abandon Kansas.
