Add some all-natural lavender scent or your favorite bubble bath (minty ones are especially good for stress and stressed-out muscles). Soak up the luxury while you read or listen to music or just watch the flicker of a candle.

Yes, guys, even you will benefit from a great nail trim and cuticle softening, both hands and feet. Soak your hands (the foot recipe is good for your fingers, too, or Google hand soaks). Use a cuticle oil and a great moisturizer. Add a little massage and your hands will love you.
You can skip the polish if you want, but adding a little bit of color to your fresh feet or fingers is a great finishing touch. Of course, you might want to trade nail painting with a friend; it can be easier to do someone else’s nails (or for the more adventuresome, try some fancy nail art.
