BULLY PULPIT

Just about everyone knows someone who has been bullied, in ways big and small. Understandably, though, many victims are reluctant to speak about their experiences. We found some who aren't.

Everyone, girl or guy, deserves a “me” day once in a while, but it is not always relaxing to empty out your wallet at a spa.  •  With thanks to Pinterest, here is a guide to the ultimate home “Spa Day” that’s easy on your budget too. Turn on your favorite playlist, light a few vanilla-scented candles, line up the latest issues of your favorite magazines (suggestion: the latest issues of tb-two*), dim the lights and try some of these fun pampering activities.  •  Boys: Don’t be afraid to try this!

DIY Chocolate Yogurt Face Mask
This is just one of the thousands of homemade facial  masks all over the Internet. Not only will this mask soothe your face, but also, the all-natural ingredients are completely edible and since chocolate is known to boost your mood, it will benefit your mind and your tastebuds, as well as your face.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon manuka honey (from the New Zealand tea tree; you could use your favorite honey)

Directions
Mix the cocoa powder, honey, and yogurt. Mix until the substance looks like melted chocolate. Put the mask on your clean face and let set for 15-20. Wash off with lukewarm water and enjoy your chocolaty glow!

Bubble Bath
The heat and scent from a steamy bubble bath will help you release any stress you may be harboring. Add some all-natural lavender scent or your favorite bubble bath  (minty ones are especially good for stress and stressed-out muscles). Soak up the luxury while you read or listen to music or just watch the flicker of a candle.

Home Mani/Pedi
Yes, guys, even you will benefit from a great nail trim and cuticle softening, both hands and feet. Soak your hands (the foot recipe is good for your fingers, too, or Google hand soaks). Use a cuticle oil and a great moisturizer. Add a little massage and your hands will love you.

You can skip the polish if you want, but adding a little bit of color to your fresh feet or fingers is a great finishing touch. Of course, you might want to trade nail painting with a friend; it can be easier to do someone else’s nails (or for the more adventuresome, try some fancy nail art.
