When good (prom fashion inspiration) comes from 'Bad'

We take our inspiration this week from the colors of an over-the-top television show that addicted audiences: The sunshine yellow of a hazmat suit and the icy blue of an illegal substance. Yellow dresses are hot. Tuxedos in color are retro hot. • Let it be known: tb-two* is NOT endorsing the making of crystal blue meth, neither are we endorsing drug use of any kind. Tuxedo pricing note

Tuxedo pricing depends on the wide variety of suits, shirts, shoes and accessories you choose. Sacino's offers a $40 prom discount card available from your school's prom representative or at the store, and has five tuxedo styles in its basic collection, starting at $49.95 for rental with the discount card. This includes tuxedo (coat and pants), shirt, jewelry, basic socks, bow tie and cummerbund, and suspenders in black or white. Shoes and other accessories are extra. The discount is valid when the order is placed at least seven days before prom. Sacino's honors competitors' prom discount offers.

Other tuxedo styles ranging from $104.95 to $169.95 with discount card include upgraded accessories, shoes, basic socks and suspenders. Color-blast suspenders by Sartorius are for purchase ($14.95) as are fashion socks by California Garment Group, $7.95-$14.95.

Unique tuxedos like the ones shown in tb-two*s prom issues are available for rent but must be special ordered at least a month before your prom.

Formal (in)formalwear: Rent or purchase your tuxedo from Sacino's and get a free classic tux T-shirt along with FREE stuff from local businesses. After prom, the shirts will sell for $15.
