tb-who?
tb-two* is a weekly newspaper and Web site (tb-two.com) especially for high school students, written mostly by students themselves. It is delivered free to Hillsborough and Pinellas county high schools on Thursdays during the school year. It is a product of Times Publishing Co., publisher of the Tampa Bay Times and tbt*. tb-two* launched on Sept. 10, 2009.
