Food critic Jim Webster spent some quality time exploring this concept: What would happen if you could build a dream menu using your favorite dishes found at some of Tampa Bay's best restaurants? The result is this wonderful repository of his favorite plates, a virtual progressive dinner if you will.
But realizing that this is just a fantasy, he set out to find a way to have a progressive dinner that encompassed one dining district. He found that Dunedin, Seminole Heights and Gulfport offered enough nearby dining that this was entirely possible and quite enjoyable to boot.
