Florida residents get a Cirque deal
La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil, the popular show in Downtown Disney, on Monday announced a 25 percent discount for Florida residents and Cirque Club members. Like other Cirque productions, La Nouba (from the French phrase "faire la nouba," which means to party, to live it up) is a trippy story punctuated by high-wire and flying trapeze acts, dreamy gymnastic and strength displays and whimsical costumes.
Running from Jan. 31 through March 30, the offer is good for performances Tuesdays through Fridays at a cost of $66.75 for adults and $54 for children. Call (407) 939-7328 or get them at the box office located on the plaza level of the theater. Cirque Club members can buy online at www.cirquedusoleil.com/lanouba. Shows are Tuesdays through Saturdays at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
