Reader's Exchange: Expand your wardrobe with men's suits

Shirley of Parrish runs a thrift shop for her church. The thrift shop regularly gets donations of beautiful men's suits, yet no one ever buys them. As a result, Shirley has about 15 men's suits, in excellent condition, of all sizes. She would like to donate them to a good home, and suggests they could be used by a school, theater, etc. If you are interested, please call Shirley at (941) 713-0038.

Can anyone help Sheri of north Pinellas? She is looking for someone to restring a wind chime. Arthritis will not allow her to do it herself, and she says the chime has sentimental value. Sheri will deliver the chime and pick it up once it has been repaired. She would prefer somewhere in north Pinellas area but is willing to go a bit farther. If you can help Sheri, please email her at

Brenda of Pinellas Park has an illness that is requiring her to get treatment out of state. She will have to mail her medical records to her doctors here, and she cannot afford postage. She is hoping some kind readers out there will have extra postage they are not using and would donate to her. Brenda can be reached at (727) 548-1776.

Thank you

Back in December, Jeanne Canton of Pinellas Park wrote in to request postcards to help celebrate her 79th birthday, which was on New Year's Eve. Jeanne wrote in to give a big "thank you" to everyone who responded to her. Not only did she receive postcards from places all over the country, but she also received notes, birthday cards and a lovely calendar. Jeanne says it was the best birthday she has had in years!
