Why? Notches in the tempered glass lens on the mask can break under certain water pressure, posing a laceration hazard.

Where sold? The Martinique Jr. at Costco from November 2010-July 2011, the Santa Cruz Jr. at Academy, Dick's, Sports Authority and other sporting goods stores and online from March 2011-July 2012.

Why? The product contains trace amounts of sulfohydroxyhomosildenafil and aminotadalafil, which are analogues of sildenafil. Sildenafil is the active pharmaceutical ingredient in an FDA-approved drug that is used to treat erectile dysfunction, making this product an unapproved drug and potentially dangerous to people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease.

What models? Night Bullet, batch lot B43N032, UPC code 018505122233 and expiration date of 10/2015.
