Why? The products have the potential to be contaminated with salmonella, which can affect animals eating the products and humans who handle contaminated pet products.

Rock-It Man supplement

Why? The products contain hydroxythiohomosildenafil, an analogue of sildenafil, which is the active pharmaceutical ingredient in a FDA-approved drug that is used to treat erectile dysfunction. That makes these products unapproved new drugs. This undeclared ingredient could interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.

What models? Rock-It Man male enhancement capsules.

CE Tech riser cable

Company: Home Depot U.S.A. Inc.

Quantity: 11,300.

Why? The riser cable does not meet fire resistance standards for riser cable, posing a fire hazard.

Why? Fuel can leak from the thread connection between the cylinder and valve, posing a fire hazard if exposed to an ignition source.

What models? The 100-pound cylinders have the date of manufacture printed on the collar by month and year, so 6 * 12 represents June 2012. The name Manchester and the water capacity WC238# are also pressed into the collar.
