The casual, airy dining room is anchored by a three-station buffet and a huge, donut-shaped Mongolian grill. For a fixed price, you get one bowl of meat or seafood stir fry (slightly higher gets you unlimited stir fry and soup and salad bar). At the first station, a long row of refrigerated metal inserts contain shrimp, sliced chicken, ribeye and about a dozen other meat and seafood choices. At the second station, 20 veggies are arrayed, from bean sprouts to red-skinned potatoes and edamame. A third station contains labeled sauces and little bowls of ground spices. A rack of recipes gets you started if you're stymied -- a scoop of this, a handful of that, then take your bowl over to the grill.
