Learn in-depth about animals and how the zoo works on a guided tour, for guests 18 and up only. Tours can be booked by calling (813) 935-8552 ext. 268. Tours are scheduled seven days a week and run approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. The zoo is open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week; closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Payment for tours is due two weeks in advance and does not include regular zoo admission.
