Catering to a cross-section of professional gay men, City Side has a fairly sleek, yet still welcoming interior. The lighting is low enough to set a nice atmosphere, but not so low that you can't see your hand in front of your face. But the mood is pretty laid back, and this is a popular spot for the after-work crowd. You'll also find the standard bar items: TVs, a pool table, darts, a golf video game and, of all things, a Sopranos pinball machine. Go figure. The popular happy hour is a staple at City Side, and goes on every day but Sunday (noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Saturday, noon to 10 p.m. on Friday). You can get well drinks for $2.50, and there are nightly drink specials.
