The library recently installed artwork by the Tampa Bay Surface Design Guild in the Osceola and Carnegie galleries, on display through Aug. 28. Surface Design features the coloring and transformation of fabric, fiber and other materials. Allimaufry is a contemporary mixed media display featuring paper quilted in traditional patterns, hand-dyed cloth panels, and purses and jewelry.
The exhibits are open Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday-Sunday, noon-5 p.m.
