This nine-hole disc golf course is a great way for beginners to learn the sport. It doesn't have a lot of shot variety, but there are some challenges to get the disc at least 200 feet from the starting pad, or tee, to the target. There are some large pine trees to avoid, and the course helpfully has  "Next Tee" arrows hanging below each basket for easy navigation.  There is no cost to play and discs may be checked out at the Azalea Recreation Center, 1600 72nd St N., on the south side of the park.
