Owner Chris Rose turns his menu into a celebration of America, digging up regional specialties and original recipes to tasty effect. Whatever else you get, start with the pineapple fritter, because unless you are from Hawaii, you probably haven't had anything like it. Eats also turns out fun versions of Buffalo's beef on weck, and the classic fried pork chop sandwich. Hours: 11 a.m.-10 p.m., seven days a week.
