Try to hold off on the ShotSki — a waterski modified to hold four shots to be shared simultaneously by friends — until after enjoying the raw bar and a great sunset view. Try the calamari appetizer, and the scallops grilled on a cedar plank. And depending on the size of the crowd, a dessert of banana's foster can be prepared tableside. Lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Sunday. Dinner only on Monday.
