On display: The permanent galleries chronicle the 20th century through the works of Abraham Rattner, Esther Gentle, Allen Leepa and their contemporaries. East Meets West: New Japanese Traditions. Remains on display through August 27. Paradise Found: LRMA Celebrates 15 Years is a summer-themed exhibition and Habits and Habitats Series: Working in Paradise and Postcards from the Edge with Allen Leepa offers a glimpse of the artist's life through an installation of his art studio. Remain on display through Sept. 24.pening Sept. 17: Elemental: The exhibition features a new installation of fine crafts from the museum's permanent collection based on the classic elements of the ancient Chinese tradition: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Remains on display through Sept. 2019.Hours: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday and Saturday; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday; 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday;  1-5 p.m. Sunday. Closed Mondays. The museum is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas, and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
