This Treasure Island transplant of the infamous Key West establishment sits half in the kitschy-classy Bilmar Beach Resort and half on the chalky sand of expansive beach. Sloppy Joe's does seem to be geared especially for tourists. But that only adds to the vacation atmosphere at the place. And we could all use a little escapism.
