Bargain hunters could spend a day at Britton Plaza and not leave broke. Between all the discount stores - Marshalls, Big Lots, Burlington Coat Factory and Dollar Tree, to name a few - this no-frills theater complex is a perfect fit. Second-run Hollywood releases are $1 on Tuesdays and $3 the rest of the week. (Avatar for a buck. Yes, it's true.) For Bollywood fans, the theater also has daily showings of new Indian films.

But don't expect to snack on dollar popcorn and sodas while watching a digital film in stadium-style seating. This theater caters to people on the fence about paying top dollar for a mediocre movie.
