Epicurean experience immerses guests in the unique vision and creativity of seven area chefs and their interpretation of Ferran Adria's special exhibit: The Invention of Food. The Dali hosts the innovative dinners with chef-inspired menu, plus wine pairing, private gallery viewing of the exhibit, and live music.
Chef Mina's menu starts off with canapes and three seated courses that combines flavors of Spain with Gulf seafood and exotic ingredients, and culminates in an immersive dessert display.
