Meets at 9 a.m., but the parade steps off at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oldsmar City Hall, 100 State St. The Oldsmar Days festival runs 5-11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, noon to 7 p.m. Sunday at 107 Shore Drive W, Oldsmar.
