Labor Day weekend brings ticket deals for SeaWorld, concerts, stage shows

It’s not just bedsheets and grills on sale this weekend. Florida’s attractions and concert halls are throwing up a load of Labor Day weekend deals on admission and concert tickets.

Among the sales announced:

SeaWorld is offering 50 percent off a second single-day ticket. So if you buy one for $79, you get a second ticket for $39.99, good through Sept. 9. The ticket must be redeemed between Sept. 1-30. Available in advance only at seaworld.com/orlando.

Live Nation is offering temporary $25 ticket deals (with a $4 processing fee) to select shows at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre and Mahaffey Theater. The Amphitheater deal, which runs as long as supplies last, is for reserved seats to the following concerts: Charlie Puth (Friday), G-Eazy and Lil Uzi Vert (Sept. 14), Dierks Bentley (Sept. 15) and Nial Horan with Maren Morris (Sept. 22). The Mahaffey deals are good only through midnight on Labor Day for the following events, using the promo code 25SAVE: Dr. Jordan Peterson (Sept. 15), Maxwell (Oct. 18) and Simple Minds (Nov. 9). livenation.com.

Adventure Island has an online advance ticket on sale for $25 (a savings of $15) that is vali through the end of the water park’s season on Oct. 28, but the sale ends on Sept. 9 at adventureisland.com.

Busch Gardens has a combo single day ticket with a free all-day dining pass, so that saves you $35 and you get an entree, side and drink every hour of the day with that pass. The sale ends Sept. 9, but there is no expiration date on the $104.99 is single-day ticket with dining at buschgardens.com.

Ruth Eckerd Hall is offering up to 50 percent off the ticket price on select shows. The offer expires at 11:59 p.m. Monday. Enter the promo code "shop" at rutheckerdhall.com/laborday and save on the following shows:
