Top things to do in Tampa Bay for the week of Feb. 5-11

Florida State Fair: The Governor’s Luncheon kicks things off Thursday and the fair runs through Feb. 19 with a mix of extreme sports, Disney stars, more than 15 acres of entertainment and the largest midway in North America. $13, $7 ages 6-11, $9 seniors; $35 any-day armband; $25 weekday armband. Sant’ Yago Illuminated Knight Parade: We’re not done with Gasparilla yet. USF president Judy Genshaft serves as grand marshal with celebrity guests Jerry Springer and Divorce Court’s Judge Lynn Toler for the parade Saturday in Ybor City with more than 100 illuminated floats, marching bands and krewes. The Capture and Trial of Adolf Eichmann: The Florida Holocaust Museum on Saturday opens a blockbuster exhibition on the capture of the Nazi war criminal. Runs through July 15 in St. Petersburg. $16, $14 seniors, $8 ages 7-17.
