ABC broadcaster Deborah Roberts is speaking at the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida annual Women of Distinction luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at A La Carte Event Pavilion, 4050 Dana Shores Drive, Tampa. YWCA 'Friendraiser'
