Enrichment Centers ballroom dance: Sponsored by the Enrichment Centers, the dance programs provide affordable educational ballroom and Latin dancing events for the general public. Festival of Orchids: Visitors may take in the array of orchids on display and for sale, and start or add to a collection, at the Orchid Lovers Club of Spring Hill's annual sale, with vendors selling plants, supplies, books and other goods. 'Birds of Prey with Doris Mager': Mager, known as the "Eagle Lady," will bring her great horned owl, E.T., and other birds of prey.
