The Hillsborough River flowed kelly green Saturday during the Mayor's River O'Green Fest in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. The event celebrated St. Patrick's Day by adding a potable water-grade, nontoxic and biodegradable dye.

Entertainment, food and drink and children's activities rounded out the St. Patrick's Day festivities at the park in Tampa.
