Halloween Fun at the Library: "Play, Make, Discover!" candy painting for little ones will be from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. Pre-teen Hallow Tangles, a Halloween-inspired Zentangle craft for ages 9 to 15, will be from 10 a.m. to noon. Pre-teen gaming for ages 9 to 15 will be from 2 to 4 p.m., and a pre-teen "Spooky Tassels' jewelry-making class will be from 2 to 4 p.m. for ages 9 to 15 (registration and a signed waiver required). Old Timers Picnic: Anyone who has lived in Pasco County for 20 years or more is considered an "old timer" and is invited. Bring a covered dish to share, along with table service. Ice tea and lemonade will be provided. A basket will be displayed for donations toward the catfish, oil and other food items. Bring photos, newspaper clippings and items of interest regarding Pasco families. Prizes will be awarded for the oldest man, oldest woman, the couple married the longest and the person who traveled the farthest to attend. Come early to socialize. Noon.
