Art on 12th For the debut art walk experience in Tampa's Channel District on Friday, more than 30 artists will present work in five venues lining N 12th Street. It's free, but a $5 or more donation gets you a VIP pass.

Tampa Bay Etsy Craft Party The online craft marketplace has gotten so big that this year's expo of locally created goods will be held in the Coliseum in St. Petersburg. See live demonstrations, make and take sessions and find locally crafted goods and art for sale. The first 100 attendees will get a souvenir swag bag, and there will be a raffle with proceeds benefiting the Pet Pal Animal Shelter. Free. Coliseum, 535 Fourth Ave. N, St. Petersburg. Broadway
Tony Awards Watch Party Broadway lovers can find one another on Sunday when Stageworks hosts a Tony Awards party. Dress to impress and watch hosts Kristin Chenoweth (who is also scheduled to perform) and Alan Cumming as they oversee Broadway's biggest night. Festival
Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival The festival celebrates the culture of the Caribbean islands, from music to a parade to a costume contest Sunday in St. Pete's Albert Whitted Park. A Saturday kick-off party with DJs will be at Tampa Events Banquet Hall, 13507 N Nebraska Ave. $55 Saturday, $20 Sunday. Visit tampacarnival.com. The parade is Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. from the Pier to Albert Whitted Park. Ian the Goose continues the festival with live music, DJs and Dragonaires.
