If an engagement ring was among your Christmas presents, the Pinellas Clerk of Courts has opened registration for the office's 10th annual Valentine's Day group wedding at the Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo.

Up to 50 couples are expected for the ceremony on Valentine's Day, which falls on a Sunday in 2016. More than 120 people tied the knot in 2015, including the event's first same-sex couple who could legally wed in Florida.

"Our Valentine's Day group wedding event grows with every year and we couldn't be happier to provide the community with such a beautiful and special celebration," Pinellas clerk Ken Burke said in a news release.

Held in the picturesque Wedding Garden, a single ceremony will unite all of the couples. Couples and guests will celebrate with wedding cake and refreshments from local sponsors.

The clerk has waived the normal $30 ceremony fee. Standard marriage license fees still apply.

To participate, couples must sign up no later than Jan. 29 at any of the following clerk's offices: Downtown Clearwater Courthouse, 315 Court St., Room 150; North County Branch, 29582 U.S. 19 N., Clearwater; Tyrone Branch - 1800 66th St. N., St. Petersburg; St. Petersburg Branch, 545 First Ave. N., St. Petersburg.

In order to be eligible, an application for a marriage license must be made between Dec. 17 and Feb. 10, 2016. Couples will receive a special commemorative certificate, which will be mailed within one week of the ceremony with the official marriage certificate.

    Food & Dining

TAMPA - Tampa Bay's craft beer scene is perennially in flux. New breweries open, others close or get scooped up by bigger breweries, some reinvent themselves so they can sell beer off site, and still others build on kitchens and add food to give enthusiasts another reason to sit tight.

A Passion of the Heights hibiscus wheat ale is displayed at The Brew Bus in Tampa, Fla., on Wednesday, Jul 19, 2017. The Brew Bus Terminal, which houses a microbrewery and tasting room and serves as a hub for bus tours to local breweries, has opened an on-site kitchen called the Eatery. With the opening of the new casual dining concept, the brewery joins the ranks of microbreweries across the country that have asked that question: "What goes with beer? Hey, how about food?"
