REO Speedwagon, Gin Blossoms, Josh Thompson headline Ribfest

This year's 25th anniversary of Ribfest runs Nov. 8-10 in Vinoy Park in St. Petersburg, and the initial lineup just announced includes classic rockers REO Speedwagon, who will take the stage on Friday night, and '90s rockers Gin Blossoms and Sister Hazel, who will share top billing on Saturday, which will also include John Kay & Steppenwolf. Sunday is country day, so look for Josh Thompson, Randy Houser and Justin Moore to pack a tonk-honkin' punch. Expect more acts to be added in the coming weeks. Tickets will go on sale to the public on Sept. 1 online at Prices are $16 per day online; starting Oct. 1, Circle K stores will have them without a service charge. At the gate, tickets will be $20 a day.
