Neighborhood conference: The Hillsborough County Office of Neighborhood Relations will hold its 10th Annual Neighborhoods Conference with educational workshops, a continental breakfast, exhibits and a luncheon. 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Hillsborough Community College, Dale Mabry Campus, 4001 Tampa Bay Blvd. Free.
