Festivals

Pie-topia: The third annual Zephyrhills Pie Festival will be held 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 25 at Zephyr Park, 38116 Fifth Ave., Zephyrhills. There will be a pie-baking competition, pie-eating contest, free pie samples and pie by the slice for sale. An unlimited pie buffet is also available for $10. There will be bounce houses and face painting for the kids, a "most creative apron" contest, DJ, music and arts and crafts. Admission is free. Call (727) 674-1464 or visit simplyeventsfl.com.

Sippin' vino: Learn how varieties of wine are crafted, meet the winemaker and enjoy wine tastings at a Wine Festival 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 26 at Florida Estates Winery, 25241 State Road 52, Land O'Lakes. Music

Jammin' for a Harley: The Pasco Lax Harley Jam will be held noon to 6 p.m. March 25 at the Rotary Club Pavilion, 15325 Alric Pottberg Road, Shady Hills. This is an outdoor concert featuring live music by Soul Circus Cowboys, Jaded and Phoenix. Prizes will be awarded and beverages available. There will be a raffle to win $20,000 or a 2017 Harley Davidson SuperGlide (tickets are $100 each). Funds raised will benefit the Pasco County Lacrosse Alliance, which is trying to be sanctioned as a varsity high school sport for the 2018 season. Admission is $10. Semper fi: The Parris Island Marine Corps Band will perform at 3 p.m. March 26 at Dade City Historic Courthouse, 37918 Meridian Ave., Dade City. Bring a chair or blanket to this free outdoor concert. Presented by Pasco County Farm Bureau.

On stage

Zeus on the Loose: The Central High School Thespians will present The Iliad, the Odyssey, and All of Greek Mythology in 99 Minutes or Less at 7 p.m. March 30-31, and 2 p.m. April 1, in the Central High School Theatre, 14075 Ken Austin Parkway, Brooksville. The comedy, written by Jay Hopkins and John Hunter, features actors playing a number of characters. As the clock ticks, the cast speeds through all of Greek mythology. Tickets are $10 at the door. King of the jungle: The Springstead High School drama and choral departments will present the musical Tarzan at 7:30 p.m. March 30 to April 1, and at 2 p.m. April 2, at Springstead Theatre, 3300 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill. Based on Disney's animated musical adventure and Edgar Rice Burrough's Tarzan of the Apes, the story is about an infant boy who is washed up on the shores of West Africa, and taken in and raised by gorillas. You should be dancing: Saturday Night Fever continues with matinees and evening performances through April 2 at the Show Palace Dinner Theatre, 16128 U.S. 19, Hudson. Based on the hit movie from the 1970s, the show is a coming-of-age Disco fantasy that features dazzling choreography and hits from the Bee Gees, such as Stayin' Alive, How Deep is Your Love and More than a Woman. Tickets for dinner and show are $49.50, $24.95 for children ages 5-12, plus tax and tip. Show only is $38.45, $19.95 children, plus tax and tip. Group rates available. Family

For the kids: A Family Fun Day will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 26 at the Olive Grove, 15016 Rester Drive, west of Brooksville. Children can search for a golden olive (egg) during egg hunt, make a clay bunny bowl or ceramic piggy bank at a pottery workshop, and join Don Middlebrook on stage for a dance and pizza party. Visitors can bring lawn chairs. Coolers and pets welcome. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the gate; $25 in advance for a family of four or $30 at the gate, with $5 per extra family member. Kids' N Art Exhibition: The Pasco Fine Arts Council will present an exhibit featuring works from Pasco County children in kindergarten through fifth grades from 3 to 5 p.m. March 26 at the Pasco Fine Arts Center, 4145 Fairford Dr., New Port Richey. Call (727) 845-7322 or visit pascoarts.org.

'Eclipse' exhibit: The exhibit is on display through April 19 in the Rao Musunuru M.D. Art Gallery at Pasco-Hernando State College, 10230 Ridge Road, New Port Richey. It features the works of award-winning Florida artist Margaret Schnebly Hodge, who explores the interplay of line, mark and color as conversation, as sound and as metaphors for the underlying energy and elements of all things physical and perceived. Gallery hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Fridays. There is no cost to attend. Call (727) 816-3231 or visit phsc.edu.

Look ahead

Murder is on the menu: Til Death Do Us Part, an interactive musical comedy murder mystery, will presented by Jimmy Ferraro's Murder Mystery for Hire, Inc. at 1:30 p.m. April 2 at Spartan Manor, 6121 Massachusetts Ave., New Port Richey. Tickets are $39 and include dinner and show; tickets must be purchased by 1 p.m. March 29. This is a fundraiser for Angels of Gratitude. Call (727) 409-0293.
