Trans-Siberian Orchestra: The orchestra celebrates 15 years of touring with an encore and final performance of their multi-platinum rock opera the Lost Christmas Eve. See it at 3 and 7:30 p.m. at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, 401 Channelside Drive, Tampa. $30-$68. (813) 301-2500.

Why does the first half of this season feel like a mulligan of the second half of last season? Because it so totally is, in a way that's tons more compelling than what Robert Kirkman did with the Governor in the comic, or what the show did with him last year.
