Fourth Friday Food Truck Festival: It's the first anniversary celebration for the street festival, so heavy-hitters have joined the rally including Americanwiener, Mobile Munchiez, Tasty Stacy, Jimmy Meatballs, Killer Samich and more. Bon Appetit: Julia Child teaches the makings of a classic French chocolate cake in this one-act comic opera presented by Opera Tampa. See it at 8 p.m. at the David A. Straz Jr. Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa. $25. (813) 229-7827.
