The Lion King: As part of the Shakespeare Festival, bring the kids for a screening of Disney's classic film inspired by Hamlet. The movie starts at 1 p.m. at the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg. Free. (727) 823-3767.


Saturday Night Live, 11:30 p.m., NBC Jennifer Lawrence shows up to continue to explain that she wasn't insulting Meryl Streep at the Golden Globes. Hush and do a Hunger Games skit already.


The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership Breakfast at the Coliseum in St. Petersburg starts at 7:30 a.m. Monday. The time was incorrect in Thursday's Weekend section.

    Baywatch is a running gag in slow motion, a thong-in-cheek TV retread swapping wholesome jiggles for dirty giggles. There are places for such humor but beaches don't have gutters.
