Hedwig and the Angry Inch: This Off-Broadway musical tells the story of Hedwig Schmidt, an East German rock 'n' roll goddess who also happens to be the victim of a botched sex-change operation. Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes: The increasingly popular indie folk band makes a Tampa Bay stop before heading over to St. Augustine for the massive Mumford & Sons mini music festival. Concert starts at 8 p.m. at Jannus Live, 200 First Ave. N, St. Petersburg. $27.50. (727) 565-0550.

Strike Out Breast Cancer: Come out for a night of family bowling with raffles and a pizza party to benefit Florida Hospital Tampa's Breast Health Program.
