Things to do in Tampa Bay for the week of April 22

St. Anthony's Triathlon: The big day is Sunday, when you can cheer on top-caliber triathletes from around the world in a 1.5K swim, 40K bike and 10K run in St. Petersburg. Friday kicks off with a fitness expo in Straub Park, and Saturday features the Meek and Mighty Triathlon for athletes ages 7 and older. It's free to watch.

American Stage in the Park: This year it's the Tony-Award winning musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, a clever look at overachievers competing in a spelling championship. It opens Friday with a gala, but pay-what-you-can previews are Wednesday and Thursday. Performances are at Demens Landing along St. Petersburg's waterfront. See americanstage.org.

SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody: If the prose of Fifty Shades of Grey wasn't comedic enough, this parody adds music, stripteases and jokes. Shows are Thursday through Saturday at the Straz Center in Tampa. $35.50 and up. strazcenter.org.

Sea Grapes Wine and Food Festival: Features more than 130 wines, food from area restaurants, live music and silent auctions among the exhibits at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa on Saturday. $95 advance, $105 day of. (813) 273-4000.

Kids and Family

Keel & Curley Winery's Blueberry Festival: It's two days of wine tastings, food and craft vendors, kids play area and $3-per-pound U-pick blueberries.
