Raymond Wirick, a professional sand sculptor from Wiltshire England, shovels more sand on to his "Old Man Winter" themed sand sculpture for the debut of Frenchy's Sugar Sand Festival on Clearwater Beach part of the 60th annual Fun On Sun Festival, taking place Friday, April 19th to Sunday, April 28th.. The sand sculpting is taking place under a 12,000-square-foot tent on Clearwater Beach just south of Pier 60. The exhibit will feature creative carvings and people will be able to walk through it for admission of $7 for adults, $5 for students 13 to 18, and $5 for seniors and military.

Sanding Ovations Sand Sculpting Competition and Music Festival: This annual competition is more than just making castles in the sand.
