Top things to do in Tampa Bay Feb. 27

Florida Strawberry Festival and Concerts: It's opening day for the festival of everyone's favorite fruit, and it kicks off with a concert at 7:30 p.m. by power rockers Styx ($25-$30). Also on stage today is Shoji Tabuchi (3:30 p.m., $15-$20) and Jimmy Sturr (10:30 a.m., free). The festival opens at 10 a.m. at 303 N Lemon St. in Plant City. Admission is $10, $5 for kids.

Art Garfunkel: The legendary singer performs an acoustic set with songs, anecdotes, prose and a Q&A session with the audience. It starts at 7:30 p.m. at Capitol Theatre, 405 Cleveland St., Clearwater. $39.50-$75. (727) 791-7400.

Jennifer Nettles: Fresh off the CMA stage with a tribute to Kenny Rogers, the country super star now embarks on a That Girl Solo headlining tour. Concert starts at 8 p.m. at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 N McMullen-Booth Road, Clearwater. $39.50-$75.

Our Town Conversations: Local philanthropist Beth Morean, a longtime supporter of the arts, speaks at 6:30 p.m. at Dali Museum, One Dali Blvd., St. Petersburg. $5 (reservations required). (727) 823-3767.

Hitler, War and the Monuments Men: An interactive presentation by Robert Edsel including more than 100 slides and anecdotes about the Monuments Men, who rescued and returned millions of cultural items stolen by Hitler and the Nazis during World War II. A book signing follows. It starts at 6:30 p.m. at Tampa Theatre, 711 Franklin St., Tampa. Free. (813) 974-5712.


Erth's Dinosaur Zoo Live: An imaginative live show allows daring children to get right up close to the lifelike dinosaurs that inhabited the Southern Hemisphere millions of years ago. It's at 10:30 a.m. at Ferguson Hall at Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Tampa. $18.50-$48.50.


Scandal, 10 p.m., ABC Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) returns after a two-month hiatus to bring more skulduggery into your life.

Community, 8 p.m., NBC Professor Duncan (John Oliver) asks Jeff for advice on seducing Britta (Gillian Jacobs).
