Top things to do in Tampa Bay for March 16

Florida Antiquarian Book Fair: The oldest and largest fair of its kind in the Southeast, there will be more than 115 specialized dealers from across the country selling rare and out-of-print books starting at 11 a.m. at the Coliseum in St. Petersburg. $6; 11 and younger get in free.

Emmure: The metalcore outfit will perform alongside Volumes, Thy Art Is Murder, Gideon, Sworn In and The Rival Within at 6 p.m. at the Orpheum, 1915 E Seventh Ave., Ybor City. $15-$25.

Kids and Family

Family Favorites Film Series: Short Circuit: Show your kids the movies you liked with this film series. This week it's the '80s fave Short Circuit starring robot Number 5 at 3 p.m. at Tampa Theatre, 711 Franklin St., Tampa. $10, $8 for 12 and younger. (813) 274-8982.

Repticon: See reptiles, amphibians and exotic animals at 10 a.m. at Florida State Fairgrounds, 4802 U.S. 301 N, Tampa. $10, $5 for ages 5-12, free for kids 4 and younger.

Fossilfest: Florida's largest prehistoric show has fossils found in Florida, as well as artifacts left behind by the state's first inhabitants. It's 10 a.m. at the Florida State Fairgrounds Special Events Center, 4802 U.S. 301 N, Tampa. $6 for adults, free for 12 and younger.
