Top things to do in Tampa Bay for May 13

Free Cone Day: We'll scream for free ice cream. In honor of the arrival of warmer weather, approximately 170 Haagen-Dazs shops will dish up a free scoop of ice cream today. Participating locations includ International Plaza and Citrus Park Town Center Mall in Tampa.

Brews with Attitude: The fourth annual event features more than 100 craft beers, food, hand rolled cigars, a home brewing competition and live music. Transliminal: Artist Reception: Join University of South Florida professor Noelle Mason for a reception and gallery talk based on "Transliminal," a body of work on the effects new vision technologies have on the perception of undocumented immigrants.
