BMX Gator Nationals: BMX riders of all ages come from across the country to compete in the Gator Nationals, which will be used by some racers as an Olympic qualifier for the 2016 games in Rio de Janeiro. 8 a.m., Canal Park Sports Complex, 3120 Tampa Road, Oldsmar. $5 parking. (727) 786-7433.

Lecture by Kathe Kollwitz of the Guerilla Girls.: A founding member of the iconic feminist activists who use art to expose sexism, racism and corruption. A Night at the Museum: Kids can trick-or-treat their way through hands on exhibits and snag candy from historical figures.
