Top things to do in Tampa Bay for Sept. 14

Making of the Runway: Watch as area artists create and paint this year's runway for St. Pete Art and Fashion Week. Happy Hour with the Historian: Enjoy an evening of wine, words and the wisdom of historians. September features Bill Leavengood discussing "Doc Webb and his World Famous Webb's City."
