Cartoonist Stephan Pastis: The creator of the award-winning comic strip Pearls Before Swine, which appears in the Tampa Bay Times and hundreds of other daily newspapers, will talk and sign books. Lunar Eclipse Telescope Viewing: The St. Petersburg College Planetarium will have telescopes set up for public viewing, weather permitting, to view the full moon and the total lunar eclipse. It is located in the Natural Science Building on the backside of the Gibbs campus, on 69th Street at Fifth Avenue N. 9 p.m., St. Petersburg College, 6605 Fifth Ave. N, St. Petersburg. Free. Once: The Tony Award-winning musical features an ensemble of actor/musicians who play their own instruments, and tells the tale of a Dublin street musician about to give up on his dream. Red Grant: After getting his start on Def Comedy Jam, the comedian known for his raw style has appeared on his own Comedy Central and Showtime specials, and alongside Katt Williams in American Hustle.
